Cops Strike Agin {LITERALLY}......

On "Black Friday" December 26th, 2010. A 49 year old, Polish immigrant, residing in Queens, NY, by the name of Anna Stanczyk was attacked by cops. (Wow.... What a surprise!) The crazy thing about this attack is.... Not only was she attacked by 2 MALE "officers of the law", but she was attacked for reasons that is clearly ridiculous bullshit. A situation that ended in a terrible beating, could have been handled much differently, and escalation of the situation could have been avoided, had these 2 officers listened.

Apparently the 100th precinct has professional poo finders. Because 4 year office Shaun Grossweiler, and 10 year veteran Richard DeMartino were surely able to find the poo. They blamed Anna Stanczyk of letting her dog shit on the ground and her not cleaning up after it. After pointing out cold doo-doo and making Anna Stanczyk pick it up. She confirmed with a smirk that it did not belong to her dog, because it was cold (which means the shit was their for some time). After her statement she was then put into handcuffs and thrown into a patrol vehicle. Because she tried to keep the cops from killing her dog, since they were about to shut it's leash in the door and then more than likely drive off. She was then beaten, in result she had bruises on her face, arms, and chest.

Now...... IF THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO BE PROTECTING US, THEN I'D HATE TO SEE THE ONES AGAINST US.

***On December 7th, 2010 Anna Stanczyk opened a complaint against 4 year officer Shaun Grossweiler and 10 year veteran Richard DeMartino, with the "Civilian Complaint Review Board" to sue. And I hope that she gets more than just a large lump sum of cash, cause it's obvious that's the way it goes when you're wronged by the law. Anna Stanczyk deserves the cash, along with those officers badges. Because it has come to a point where cops seem just as, and sometimes even more lethal than criminals. Only difference is.... They have that color on their sides "DARK BLUE".***

Company #2 F.A.C.E.S (theatre network for teens)

I scream, you scream, we all scream, F.A.C.E.S (theatre network for teens).

Yes.... It says for teens, but luckily for you if you're between the ages of 14-25... YOU CAN DO IT TOO.

F.A.C.E.S is an amazing acting program ran by Director: Susan Montez, who is a beautiful person all around. It's a Non-Profit Organization that has been up and running for 30 years (so yes they're good). They generally focus on youth issues, to help teens in situations where they may be confused. But with their Tuesday and Wednesday rehearsals, their fan base, their amazing shows, and at times hilarious excercises.... You're bound to end up with excellent experience and an amazing resume. I could ramble on about the perks, the people they know, and the other things you could get with F.A.C.E.S, but if you're not interested in trying them out without hearing about all the extras then you don't deserve them.

Not Your Average Blogger.

I know i'm probably not the average blogger, because I pop on and off..... Mainly off. (Lol)... But I generally blog about things that interest me/are important to me. Unlike most bloggers.... Tila Tequila Makes Headlines Again.... :-/

Whether she's and "ATTENTION WHORE" or not.... She sure does have a way of making headlines. But this time..... She probably won't be posing for the cameras, but more or less running from them.

On Saturday August 14th 2010, during the Gathering of Juggaloos (a music festival held in Hardin County, Illinois); The reality star Tila Tequila was attacked. Attendees reportedly threw bottles at her, while she was on stage, during her performance. Tila Tequila is said to have suffered facial lacerations as well as bruises on her body.

So whether you consider Ms. Tila Tequila as an "ATTENTION WHORE" or NOT.... I doubt this whore will be looking for any attention any time soon. Or at least until the bruises heal up.

Have You Heard??? "Leandra's Law" Is In Effect.

Starting today August 15th 2010 the "INTERLOCK IGNITION DEVICE" IS in effect. For those of you who don't know what this is..... I will explain.

***THE INTERLOCK IGNITION DEVICE is a breathalyzer that is used to disable a vehicles ignition according to the persons alcohol level.***

Though ALL states have a limit of .08 for it to be considered a crime to drive, this device will ONLY shut you down at a level of .025 or more. These devices generally cost between $75-$100. It is MANDATORY to have one if you have a felony or misdemeanor related to driving drunk. Anyone convicted of drunk driving INCLUDING 1st time offenders will be handled.

And if this is bad to you..... It gets worse. If you are transporting children 16 years and under and get caught. Not only is this considered a CLASS E FELONY, but you can be SENTENCED anywhere from 1-4 YEARS in STATE PRISON and FINED up to $5,000, to match your wonderful breathalyzer. And OF COURSE common sense can now kick in to let you know if a child is injured or killed, then the penalties are DEFINITELY worse.

This is called "Leandra's Law" also known as (Child Passenger Protection Act / CPPA) It was named after 11 year old Leandra Rosado who last October was thrown from a car driven by an intoxicated driver and killed. And though only 12 states use this as of right now (including New York), other states are looking into it.

So if you're in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, New York (starting today), or Hawaii (starting January)..... DRIVE SAFE and DRIVE SOBER.

NOT ENOUGH MANPOWER??? HMMM.......

Saturday July 31st 2010 in Tompkins park, their was suppose to be a show based on stopping violence. Scheduled to perform were Papoose, S-ROCK, DJ Absolut and Spazz, among several other artist.

First it was said that Officer Lt. Jennifer Hachmeiter shut the performance down, for reasons not disclosed. But after phone calls were made and information given, it was later confessed that the city and the NYPD were just NOT WILLING to supply the necessary "manpower". So once again we have been fed the bullshit..... And this once positive event is turned to a negative.

Thank you NEW YORK CITY and the wonderful POLICE DEPARTMENTS of it. How could we not love you??? *tear*

I actually listened to the card before I even read what the card was about and I heard "Black Hole". But other people are saying the card says "Black Whores". These two words are very similar when being said, especially if the person saying them does not speak extremely clear.
